1. Agreement

By accessing nodejz.live or engaging Nodejz studio (operated by IRYNA PLOTNIKOVA, Kyiv, Ukraine) for services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide website design, development, redesign, e-commerce setup, support and related digital services as described on this website and confirmed in individual project agreements.

3. Quotes & payments

Prices on this site are indicative. Final pricing, scope, milestones and payment schedule are confirmed in writing per project. Late payments may suspend ongoing work.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals and timely feedback so projects can progress on schedule.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the final delivered website assets are licensed to the client for their business use. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Warranties & liability

Services are provided with reasonable professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project for material breach not cured within 14 days. Fees for work performed remain payable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Kyiv.
